Marshall Coyle - Managing Director
I was fortunate enough to live an exciting and robust college career at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where I graduated with a Bachelor in Business Management in the summer of 2000. At LMU I applied myself to the fullest; serving as the President of my Fraternity and always working multiple sales and customer service jobs. I, like most recent college grads, was clueless of exactly what type of job I wanted. I did, however, know I wanted to work somewhere that would value the production I did for them and wouldn’t limit my growth based on experience. I wanted to run the show as fast as I could and CulverCareers promised that if I performed they would give me the opportunity to run my own office. Read More...

We both delivered. Only eighteen months after starting with CulverCareers I was promoted three times to Managing Director of my own sales team. What an exciting venture that was put in front of me; I was asked to turn around a struggling team in North LA. With passion and conviction I was able to hire some great people who not only produced wonderful sales, but also made for a great circle of friends. I’ve had the opportunity to hit President’s Club twice, made more money than I ever expected, but most importantly I have had a great time at my job every day.

After the years of success in LA, my life-focused changed, and CulverCareers was once again there to accommodate me by providing the chance to open a new branch of CulverCareers in Dallas, Texas. I am more excited now about the undertaking of opening multiple offices in the South. If you can dedicate yourself and show up to work everyday with a passion for having high ambitions, you can achieve everything you could want in a career with CulverCareers.

Diane Wayland - Executive Vice President
I am a graduate of The University of California at Davis. I graduated college in 1993 where I studied psychology and biology and worked as an EMT and at the UC Davis Medical Center through school. After deciding not to pursue a career in medicine, I was not quite sure what I wanted to do with my life, so I took off on an adventure to teach English abroad in Japan which was a fantastic experience. Upon returning to the US, I was looking for a career that offered a few of the characteristics that medicine had to offer. I wanted a career where not only could I be rewarded financially for my results but that also offered the opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life in my day to day work. My career at CulverCareers has offered all of that to me, and much more.

I started with CulverCareers in 1994. Within 9 months of joining the company I was promoted to Managing Director of our Pleasanton location. After 2 ½ years with the company I was promoted to Senior Managing Director. At 6 years I was promoted to VP, 6 months shy of my 30th birthday and at 8 years I was promoted to Executive VP. I just celebrated my 12th year with CulverCareers in April of 2006. CulverCareers has changed my life in so many ways in the past 12 years. Today, I am happily married with 2 beautiful children. My husband and I live in a beautiful home, and we get to travel to fantastic resorts and truly get to live an exceptional life that is full with both a flourishing career and the time to enjoy the important things in life. In the last 12 years, I have had the opportunity to work with amazing clients and candidates and most importantly superb co-workers. The friends that I have met through CulverCareers really make this job fantastic and the culture and environment are huge parts of why I am still with CulverCareers after 12 years. CulverCareers is a great place to work and I feel very blessed to have been able to take this journey with such a great company.

Victoria Cole - Managing Director
After graduating with a four year degree in Psychology in 2000, I decided to pursue a graduate degree in Clinical Neuropsychology. After a year in the program I realized that although the subject was interesting, the application of it in the real world was not fulfilling. I wanted a career that was more stimulating, proactive and one where I could see that my efforts had immediate impact on someone's life, versus waiting years to see a change in one of my patients. I decided to leave the graduate program and I posted my resume on the internet. Not long after that, a recruiter at CulverCareers contacted me. She told me about the opportunity and I was intrigued. I liked the unlimited earning potential and the fact that I would be in control of my success. CulverCareers offers a program in which promotions are based on performance versus seniority.

Once I started the position, I loved it. It was fast paced and the day flew by. I loved interacting with candidates and I have long-standing relationships with some even to this day. I enjoyed the job so much that I really poured all my effort into moving up within the company. Within 3 months I was promoted to a Senior Recruiter, and within 6 months I was promoted to an Executive Recruiter. In a little under a year and a half I was running my own sales team. In my first year I hit President's Club and went on an all-expense paid trip to Cabo San Lucas and stayed at a five-star resort. I was also named Rookie of the Year and Recruiter of the Year. In addition I did very well financially. I was able to buy my first home after 6 months of working at CulverCareers and earned 6 figures my second year. This year I am on track to almost double or triple my second year’s earnings.

Management has also been quite rewarding. I am currently running the top sales team in the nation and my team just recently broke the all time sales record in company history. Furthermore, I have also broken the all time personal sales record.

I did not come to CulverCareers with any sales experience. The only sales experience I came close to having, was being a waitress in college. That is why the opportunity at CulverCareers is so great. You do not have to come here with a lot of sales experience. In fact, some of the top people in the company had very little. What you do need to have is a passion for helping people, a drive to succeed, and a positive attitude. CulverCareers will provide the rest!
